Brooklyn Winter Flower Delivery

I'll def order from Floral Heights again. Their arrangement looks just like the picture, which I usually don't get to see (sending long distance), but they went above and beyond and sent me a picture of the final product proactively. I'd never had a florist do that. Just a nice extra step in customer service. And it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you!

I live in Los Angeles, but wanted to send a bouquet to my friend in Brooklyn. I ordered on line and the process was seamless. I also left a note and her number so the delivery person could giver her an approximate time. My girlfriend texted me and said she burst out in tears after the gentlemen left who delivered her arrangement. She said he was so pleasant and nice - she was just overwhelmed and surprise.

What a wonderful experience working with floral heights! A co-worker had a death in the family, the went above and beyond to get the flowers delivered to her (braving the floods and tracking down my co-worker).
