I recently asked for an arrangement for my mother's 80th birthday. I mentioned my mom hadn't been feeling well and I really wanted to cheer her up. Well, They outdid themselves! "The most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen!" was her response to my gift. And she has seen a lot of flowers. It really was stunning -I wanted to keep it for myself! I have purchased many arrangements and bouquets here over the years, and they are always fresh and gorgeous.
As I walk by the store frequently on my way home, I sometimes just peek in the window to gaze at the latest shipment of gorgeous flowers. Sometimes I stop in and buy a single rose. And they are just as friendly as if I were buying a $200 arrangement.They also have a very nice selection of orchids, house plants, and other greenery. Love this place!

I ordered an Easter plant for delivery in Brooklyn--and somehow forgot to include the apartment number. The kind people at Floral Heights called me to let me know that they went to the building and saw they needed more information. The delivery person called me for the information and then went back to deliver the plant. Floral Heights then sent me an email to tell me the plant had been delivered. I value that they kept me appraised every step of the way!

I looked at another florist but even though they always have gorgeous flowers (and they've been a local go-to flower shop of mine), they were way over my budget... about 2-3k above my budget, to be exact. For the same services and still with beautiful floral arrangements, Floral Heights did the job perfectly and at a fraction of the cost.
We had table centerpieces, bridal/bridesmaid bouquets, bridal flower crown, groom/groomsmen/father boutonnières, mother corsages, and flowers for the wedding cake. During our meetings, we altered the flowers a bit, and the end result was perfect. I could not ask for more. Flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and fragrant.
Charlotte delivered the flowers herself and even helped me put on my flower crown. It was beautiful. Even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.

I had no idea what I wanted for flowers to the point where I was debating going very minimal for the bridal party. But, I didn't want to be boring because today is the day to be a little extra. We met with Charlotte and discussed the vibe of the wedding and how I was dressing the bridesmaids and groomsmen in black with pops of autumn color - gold and red embroidery on my friend's sari, cranberry colored ties, orange striped socks - these are bold colors to balance. I wasn't going to be a roses, lilies and baby's breath kinda gal. She pulled it off beautifully. She gently steered me from anemones towards these awesome Seussian proteas and green purple orchids with single sunset colored blooms for the boys. It just worked and she was so easy to work with.

We live in Boston and needed to find a florist to create unique flower arrangements for our son's casual and colorful wedding. We had the most amazingly positive experience with the owner of Floral Heights, Charlotte. We met a true Flower Whisperer. She loves flowers and has some nontraditional colorful flowers and unique flower containers in her shop. With her help she created flowers arrangements for a casual summer outdoor wedding inside a small theater. Her arrangements were unique and wonderfully vibrant. I would highly recommend Floral Heigts, Inc in Brooklyn, NY. I placed an online order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the same day to my aunt who had just returned home from having a surgery. The website was very clear and easy to navigate. Unfortunately and unbeknownst to me I had the wrong delivery address as my aunt had moved. However that did not prevent Floral Heights from delivering the flowers on time. They contacted my aunt and made the arrangements to deliver the flowers to her new location. She was delighted to receive the beautiful arrangement and it really did make her day. I received an email confirming the delivery and was even sent a photo of the actual arrangement that was delivered which was a very nice touch. This type of commitment to customer service and satisfaction is why I support local businesses like this one. I will use their services again, no doubt.

We ordered a semi last minute bouquet to send my mom during Christmas, but we didn't want a Christmas theme or colors.
We picked the Feel The Love middle level, more than basic, less than deluxe.
She absolutely LOVED them. I'm still getting messages from her about them. She doesn't know how to take pix with her phone and I'm across the country. So I'll take her word that they are spectacular.

I contacted Floral Heights to send our daughter some Easter flowers since we couldn't be together for the holiday. They did not have the pink tulips shown on the webpage for the Spring Bouquet, so they asked about substituting purple ones instead. I think it looks fabulous and our daughter loved it!!
