Charlotte D’Costa Taylor has 35 years plus design experience and has worked with several high end florists in Manhattan, New York before launching Floral Heights in 2005. With her Teacher's training in Japanese Ikebana as well as her tremendous experience in the European styles, Charlotte and her team are able to create designs from lush organic floral arrangements of the Victorian era to very sleek and contemporary designs for the modern palette.
